Is Redfaction2 for xbox any good?

Is Redfaction2 for xbox any good? I saw it at best buy and it looks ok, anyone play it or know? Lookin for something to tide me over till Halo 2 shows up

WARNING: I have only played the ps2 version!

Assuming it is not much different than the ps2 version, it should be pretty good. I've spent many hours playing that game while enjoying a few drinks with friends.
If there are major differences my post is useless, sorry.

As far as I know the XBox version is the same as the PS2 version with souped up graphics and 20 extra multiplayer levels.
