Is Recovery Console on floppy boot discs for XP?

I'm trying to fix a computer w/ WinXP SP2 that has a corrupt registry. I know I can use Recovery Console to do this, but the computer is an OEM and doesn't have an XP disc. So, is Recovery Console included on the XP startup disc available from MS? (These: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...07-99F7-4A2D-983D-81C2137FF464&displaylang=en). I can't check b/c I don't have a floppy drive, but I can get one if it'll work. Thanks.
