Is Real Alternative compatible with a Mac ?

If you use virtual PC it would, but that would be pretty pointless

Why not just use Real One - its not quite as obnoxious on the mac as it is on the PC. Much like anything else in OSX you just drag it into your Applications folder to install and delete it to uninstall
