Is qwest/directtv known to mess up your bills?

same with comcast, att, and all other communications/entertainment providers.

i currently have the qwest/dtv combo, and thats specifically what im asking about

my bill seems to inflate and deflate every month, sometimes it goes up, sometimes down, sometimes way up, etc.

because of some initial set up costs, time it takes for promotions to "be applied", this and that assorted reasoning, the bill is always inconsistent, and its too much damn work to sit out and work out all of the charges to make sure they are correct

wouldnt it be brilliant if i just pay the same damn flat rate month in and month out?

so are they known to tweak your bill, or should i place blind trust in what they charge?

Title edited.

You're seriously asking this?

we have qwest internet here at work, and they constantly fuck up billing. they have overcharged us for services we dont even have, lowered our level of service and reset our dsl hardware without reason. they are basically idiots for the most part. i dont trust them at all, but i am one to check all my bills instead of just looking at the total due and paying.

no, i've been double charged for stuff before from directv. they've always been good about fixing the error though and usually give me a 3 month discount on top of the fix too.
