Is Q8300 compatible with my system?

right now i have
e6600
p5w dh deluxe bios version 3002
4gb ddr2 800

i'm wondering if q8300 would be compatible.
from what i read, the motherboard supports q8300.
what i'm not sure about if the cpu will be compatible with the ddr2 800.
