Is publishing someone's physical address bannable?

In a mod authored thread regarding Texmaster's ban:

Over the past few days, he was involved in a dispute with another member where this member posted his actual home address and phone number. Texmaster stated that this member had lied about the information he posted. The other member refuted Texmaster's statement and demanded an apology. Texmaster finally posted that he might have been mistaken.

So what happened to the "other member"? Is it okay to post someone else's actual home addresses and phone numbers as long as you're not lying about it?

The other member posted his own info.

I can only imagine that posting someone else's info would be frowned upon.
