Is PSU Upgrade Worth It?

I am buying an Antec Performance Series SX835II that comes with an Antec SL350 Smart Power 350W PSU. I can upgrade to a Antec True Power 380 for $32 or a True Power 430 for $35. I asume the True Power 380 upgrade is worth it but for $3 more I can get the True Power 430. I'm sure itsd more than I need but for $3 should I get the larger one or will it just cause more heat and be less effcient.

System will be:
P4 2.4 800
512 DDR 400 PC3200
2 IDE 7200RPM Hard Drives
IDE CD/DVD-ROM
IDE CDr/RW Burner
External IDE Hard DRive
USB Scanner
USB Printer
USB Flash Reader
