Is PowerVCR II 3.0 compatible with Hauppauge's PVR 250 MCE?

I wanted to use PowerVCR II 3.0 to see if it will do a better job at capturing TV shows better than Sage TV or Beyond TV. But after I installed PowerVCR, it fails to recognize my tuner card (Hauppauge PVR 250 MCE). So what gives? Anyone else have a problem like mine?
