Hi,

Just ordered a GTX 650 TI Boost gpu

My Complete PC specs are

Intel i5 3470 ( stock )
GTX 650 TI Boost ( Ordered )
2 x 8gb Gskill 1600mhz
1 tb hdd
2 x 120mm fans

My Power supply is a Corsair CX 400 http://www.jonnyguru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5583 , I was earlier running a ATI 6850 on this PC without any issues .

According to anandtech 2013 GPU benchmarks http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/782 , total system power consumption is 289 watts ( in BF3 )for this GPU , assuming Anandtech uses a much more power consuming CPU for this benchmark than my i5 3470, then this power supply will probably be enough for my new GPU ?

Yep, it's fine, it only consumes about 20 watts more than a 6850

Your power consumption while gaming should be less than 200W. The Anandtech Bench uses a more power hungry overclocked processor, and the reading is for the whole system measured at the wall so it's AC power not DC power which is what your PSU's rating is measured in. Once you account for efficiency, 289W becomes about 250W.
