is pentium-M 1.5 equivalent to p4 2.6??

i've heard on this forum that a lower clocked pentium-m processor is equivalent to a higher clocked p4 chip, kinda like the athlon processors. is this true?? and where can i get an article about this?? i've never read anything about this in any articles.

The Pent-M 1.5ghz is more comparable to a P4-2.26/P4-2.4b.
