Is Pentium 4 630 64bit CPU?

I can buy for nice price CPU Intel Prescott 4 630 2 MB Cache, which have on the box written note that you need for EMT64 bios support.
But i dont know if this CPU is 64bit, because the shop guy told me, it is only 32bit and that intel is maybe releasing some of them 32bit only.

Do you know how is it?

All of the Intel 6xx series is 64bit or EMT64.

... if you have the right chipset and BIOS. But yes all 6x0 CPUs have EM64T.

I will have mainboard with 955XES chipsatz from ASUStek, not Windows XP 64bit, so 64bit will not run, but for future...
