Is PC3700 necessarily better than 3200 in all applications?

Specifically, I ordered 1GB of PC3200 (2x512) of Buffalo sticks w/ Samsung chips from somebody on the AMDMB forum. Apparently he shipped the wrong stuff, and instead I'm receiving Buffalo DD466-512MC (2 sticks - Micron Chips).

It will be used in conjunction w/ an Intel D865PERLK Mobo & Intel P4 3.0 Ghz processor.

So, should I stick w/ the wrong order is there a reason for me to get the stuff I ordered.

P.S. No additional cost to me for the 3700.

Thanks.

Might as well stick with the PC3700. It's better, but unless youre going to overclock your processor, you wont see a difference. It'll just run at PC3200 speeds.
