Is PC3500 2.5-3-3-7 or PC3200 2-3-3-6 better for OC

I want to spend $200 for 1Gb of ram. The rig will have a 939 AMD 64 3200+ and a MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum. For OCing would the PQI PC3200 2-3-3-6 or PC3500 2.5-3-3-7 be better? Would the PC3200 2-3-2-6 be worth the extra $15 over the previous two? I've read that the PC3200 2-2-2-5 are the best but I don't really feel like spending the extra cash because I'm new to OCing and don't want to push so much.
