Is PC3200 and PC2700 DDR Ram backwards compatable?

I just got a SK41G and it only supports up to PC2100 ram, just wwondering could I put in the PC3200 ram I have lying around or would that not work?
 
That'll work, it'll just run at the slowest speed rating you have. So if you are truely running at PC2100 speeds, it'll run at that speed.
