Is PC2400 ddr ram compatible with all ddr M/b's?

I want to purchase some Corsair pc2400 ddr ram for a system that I am going to put together in the next couple of months. I am thinking about purchasing the ram now, because the prices are still down and might be going up. I'm not sure what board I will be purchasing. Right now I am leaning towards the epox EP-8KHA+, but I want to wait for the asus and abit kt266a boards before I make a decision. I thought I had read something about certain ddr boards having problems with pc2400 ram, but I can't remember where I read it. Anybody got any input?
