This would be an interesting benchmark to see. I've always wanted to know real world performance differences, but I have yet to find a good benchmark.

there is a hug peformance difference on the p4. Something close to 25% less. I seen a benchmark somewhere, but I can not remember where.

Yes, PC600 is definitely quite a margin slower then PC800 RDRAM. If you want RDRAM pay the extra for PC800 definitely.

Yea, PC600 has little bandwidth advantage compared to PC133

PC133 SDRAM gets 1.064/gbps
PC600 RDRAM gets 1.200/gbps
