I tried off and on for 3 hrs today to pay a couple of people I bought stuff from here. I kept getting errors just trying to login, and then when I clicked to send payment. Finally went through this afternoon, but one didn't register. Had to go back and resend.

This is an email i received from paypal after i sent 3 emails 5 days ago
if you ask me, they have crap, if any, customer support


Thank you for contacting PayPal.

Due to some system problems earlier this week, all PayPal users
had their inbox temporarily disabled so that the website would
run a little faster and smoother. This is a temporary action and
the inbox will be returning shortly. For the time being all
transaction that would normally be found in the inbox can be
found in your account history. This has no effect on your ability
to send and receive payments.
