Is paying extra for 5800H worth it?

What is your main use? The Intel one will probably throttle more.

A bit of everything. Lots of accounting, some gaming, movies etc.

my previous laptop was a dell with an 8th gen i5. I have the 5800h now, and its is a big difference. same amount of ram, same speed ssd, now my 5800h does also have a better video card in it too. i would go for it, since cpu's arent upgradeable, get the fastest in a laptop you can afford

Do you have DELL G15 with Ryzen 7 5810h? I was wondering if you are happy with it. Also, the product page says it has 2 USB 2.0 but the manual says it is all USB 3. Can you confirm it? Also, ram upgrades can boost its performance even more. Even though it is 3200 mhz, I think it is a poor one.
