Is partspc.com good place to buy Abit NF7 mobo???

You might want to try Excaliberpc. link They are one of the main resellers for Abit. Price for NF7 is $87 which isn't the cheapest. But I've ordered from them several times and have never had a problem. Usually got my orders in a few days.
