Is parkingticket.com a legitimate company?

ANyone have any experience of know if this is safe? They say the refund if you don't win. How do I check to see if they are a legitimate company that won't just take my money and run? Or if they really will refund if it doesn't work? Thanks this would really help.

Seems like all they do is explain to you what the "real" law is behind no parking signs. Apparantly (according to their site), you can still park there if you're picking someone up. So why not save your money, read the law, and fight it yourself?

Got 2x$25 tickets. STupid oppresionist facists. Wanting me to spend all day at a courthouse and trying to intimidate and hassle people into paying them thier hard earned dollars.

They had a piece on them recently on NPR, and interviewed a number of satisfied customers. They seem legitimate.

our cars are registered in my name... I think my wife apparently got a few parking tickets while going to school. I didn't know about them, now the tickets penalties have doubled (after 10 days), and then there's a $50 surcharge on top of it for each ticket for them being paid late.

This sounds great if I can fight the tickets! (besides, am I responsible for them being paid late if it was my wife who parked illegally? Or even when my inlaws borrowed the car?)
