Looks like a fine board to me. Should be adequate for a moderate overclock. Here's a slightly better version [should provide cleaner power under heavy load], you might save some watts here and there. Ultimately, unless you plan on 24/7 OC, I wouldn't worry about it much.

Yes but it only has 1 PCI-E slot. :(

I have the board you're looking at OP.
Bios is pretty good after I got use to it. Lots of options in there.
Overclocking seems decent. I just think my 2600k isn't the best overclocker.
Any other questions?

Do you regret buying it? Actually the question should be, was their ever an instance where you regret buying it for any reason? Please tell me if you can :)

DANG! that MoBo looks so shiny!!
Shiny or not.. but I have been pleased with MSI system boards. This particular one, I have yet to play with, but according to the reviews, it's definitely worth a shot :p Most importantly, it ticks every box in your must-to-have list and within the same budget. Your call.

I think its a good board. I don't regret it as its done its job and the bios is actually really nice. Took a little getting use to but you can really dual in your overclock. I especially like asus' warranty. Its serial based just like gigabytes. I'd say its a solid buy. I haven't run into one issue.

Is this MB durable? Good for gaming? Overclocking?

I'd say so. Good enough. Yes, unless you want to push your cpu as far as it can.

What's not so good is fancontrol. CPU header can only control 4-pin pwm fans, so make sure you get the right cooler (or use stock cooler, but it's horrible). Casefans are limited to 60% so get low rpm ones if you prefer silent computing.

You can use Fan Xpert 2 for fancontrol, though it's not officially supported for the LK. But you can download it from P8Z77-V PRO page for instance. It's a lot better than Fan Xpert+ which comes with the LK, but still has artificial limits.
