Is Office 2013 Worth it Over 2010?

I just started using 2013 since we have it. I may not have upgraded otherwise, but so far Outlook seems really nice, a good improvement.

But what is up with the color schemes? There are only 3 options and no way to get others? Do not like that for sure!
 
I also prefer the 2010 look, it's taking me a while to get used to it.
But, it doesn't crash for me. 2010 never really crashed either, and I was on a pretty old pc.

Just noticed something strange, when i put in my PST file password now, it prompts twice. I even changed it.. any ideas why that would happen? never happened on 2010 on my old pc!
