Is NVRAID on nForce4 backward compatible with nForce3 arrays?

My video card died, I am considering upgrading to PCI Express which would require a new motherboard.

Will an nForce4 board recognize the RAID10 array I created with my K8N Neo2 Platinum (nForce3 250GB)?

yes it is.. at least, with my upgrade. I needed to repair windows because the nforce4 controller did not work with my nforce3 RAID drivers. Could have them installed in windows before the upgrade, but I did not know that and after the switch it was too late. But I did not loose any valuable data when I did the switch, and it is what matter!
