Is NTFS really that much better than FAT32?

Im dual booting win98se/Win2K pro so the file system is still FAT32. As soon as I finish some maintenance and backup of my old files (in a coupla years 😉), I am going to reformat and install Win2K Pro and convert to NTFS. Even though freezes and system locks happen a lot less when Im in win2k, can I expect even less problems with NTFS and only 1 OS on the HD?

Lets come to a nice compromise:

Yes NTFS is that much better; if you want to know why then look at the FAQ's (b/c I'm sure tired of typing the reasons over and over).

I hope the FAQ helped.
