Is it ok to return newegg RMA with USPS or do I need to use Fedex/UPS? Thanks.

IIRC - It's best to ensure you RMA with an insured carrier. UPS and FedEx automagically insure your package for a minimum amount, USPS you must purchase any insurance seperately. Some companies will not accept a non-insured RMA package - I haven't had to RMA anything to Newegg in a long time however, so I don't know whether they care or not since their customer service kicks ass.

If I don't want to get charged for 15% restocking fee, do I need to call them? Do I still need to fill out the online form even after calling them? Thanks.

Am I suppose to call newegg first and ask for 15% waive before online or fill out the online form first then ask for 15% fee waive?

I called first (this was a few years ago) and they told me as long as I bought something from them within a month they would not charge me the 15% restocking fee. One $3 refurbished logitech webcam later I was good to go :)

I did it once via USPS. Made the RMA number the last item on the label right below the adress... said ATTN: RMA# 234123412341234 or whatever. Worked great.
