never, although i am in calif, so it will naturally be a bit faster for me. but it always gets shipped the day after i order if not the day i order. there is a reason their user rating is so high

They've always shipped the day I order something except for the last 2 times I've ordered. Those orders went out the next day.

I believe the OP was referring to the speed on the website, and not their shipping speed.
