is newegg.com scamming me?

i ordered a geforce2 32mb video card, and i thinks it's been about 2 weeks. and i forgot my account password i gave them my e-mail address 2 days ago but they still haven't sent it, any1 else experience this problem?

usually business are operating during the weekdays, wait for another day or so and if you dont get it, call their manager, then if you still got no luck, yer screwed...

Newegg is a great company and they must've just lost your order. Call them up on a weekday and get it cleared up. They have great customer service.

You know I have had nothing but great things to say about them I order stuff on a Monday and the web site say please allow 24-48 hours to process your order and the darn package gets to me in 48-72 hours. I also onle use Fed Ex Saver.

I would call them and find out what is going on.

Yah call them monday. They are very helpful on the phone. All you need is your e-mail addy, and you can go from there (I lost my order number for my kyro 2 (Tuesday w00t w00t))

NewEgg is great... I always have my orders shipped in one business day and they arrive in 2 more, even with basic Express Saver FedEx shipping. They pack the stuff well and FedEx doesn't destroy the boxes like UPS.

Try calling them and seeing what the deal is. Their customer service isn't half as bad as some here make it sound.
