Is NEC RAM any good?

I have a friend building a Thunderbird system and he needs to know if this NEC RAM is any good. He found a cheap price on it and I have no idea if its good or not...Can anyone help out?
 
I have a NEC system . I'm thinking of getting another stick of ram and so i thought NEC ram would be the thing to get. They referred me to a reseller but the price is very expensive , so i'm going for generic ram ( about £100 cheaper)!! How cheap have you found it, and are we talking about the same ram?
