Is ncix.com a reputable online retailer?

I was thinking of buying about $2600 of parts off of them but wasn't sure that they are reliable
and have good customer service. Has anyone bought from them?

they are excellent...ordered a stick of 512 ocz monday, order was processed tuesday, arrived at my door in London ontario from BC at 10:00am Wednesday morning. They are awesome.

They are the best in Canada.
Their online system is excellent & hassle free if you are paying with CC or some other electronic way.
From my personal experience they are pretty much next day with 0 problems.

My worst experience with them was when my work paid with a cheque and it took forever (they wait for the payment to clear, which is fine) but then they didnt have everything in stock when it cleared and it came over the span of several days.

Anyways, they are normally really good, make sure you price match.

You bet. I bought stuff at them(I live relatively near one of the stores), and they had parts available that others didn't. They are a bit pricier than other stores, but if you want fast, reliable service, yeah NCIX. There is a lot of people buying in the store, even though the store I went to is a bit small.
