Is my Zalman CNPS7700 supposed to twist a little?

My Zalman cpu cooler can twist about 1 or 2 degreed in either direction if you touch it. Is this normal or a sign or improper installation?

It's normal. Do not keep playing with it. It will take a set in a week of use.
