is MY YAHOO down?

It's been having fits all morning but appears to be dead now.


Well, I take that back. It's up but SLOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWW.
 
I believe some time last week Yahoo said that it was going to temporarily disable the MyYahoo service due to the pounding their servers were getting in the wake of the terrorist attacks. I figured it might come back up some time this weekend, but since I don't use it I couldn't say for sure. However, CNN is still sticking with static pages for the time being, so I'd bet Yahoo is also trying to minimize dynamic content as much as possible. And with possible retaliatory strikes upcoming it'll probably stay busy for awhile.
 
I concur, it's just VERY slow. Once I got in, however, the pages loaded reasonably fast. Just the initial load took a bit.
