Is my Xeon 3350 CPU compatible with this motherboard?

Hello just wondering if my Intel Xeon 3350 processor, is compatible with this motherboard?

I see that the Core 2 Quad Q9450 is compatible with it, and that my Xeon has the same specs as this CPU. I am currently on an EVGA 780i 132CK motherboard. I don't see any problem since they're both Yorkfields, but I am not entirely sure. I have read that Xeon 3350s work with most motherboards, but just checking here. :whiste:

I believe personally its a decent upgrade, especially if I can get my cpu from 3.2ghz now, up to 3.6ghz and slap in 8gb DDR3 1600mhz.

It is likely it will work fine. I ran many Xeon X33xx CPUs in boards that didn't have them listed but you can't be 100% sure unless they have it listed.
