Is my video RAM too low for the resolution?

I'm thinking of eventually getting 2 additional 1920x1080 monitors to use Nvidia Surround (2D version). My video cards only have 1 GB of ram. Will that make 5760x1080 resolution be unplayable? I hope I don't need to upgrade since I just got my cards a month ago.

Also, on the Nvidia website, the requirements for monitors says: All displays must have a common resolution, refresh rate, and sync polarity.

What do the latter two mean? if my current monitor has a max refresh rate of say...75 if using a low resolution and 60 using 1920x1080, then I must also buy two more monitors that has a max of 60 hz at 1920x1080? I have no idea what sync polarity is. If someone can explain that'd be great! Thanks.

I'd be turning Anti-Aliasing off and maybe turning setting down one step down from the max...
