Is my video card finally starting to die?

When my computer boots up, every thing on my monitor is blue/green. After about 10 minutes of the pc running, all the colors return. Is this my video card, or is it my monitor?

Do you notice and jagged lines or image distoration other than the coloring?

If you don't, could be the monitor. But the only way to know for sure is to see if you can get a subsistute for your current graphics card. Like a cheap-o card or even a friends AGP card. Pretty much anything you can get a hold of that will display an image on your monitor.

Try another monitor and see if it gives the same results.

It sounds like it could be either (and not being able to actually 'see' the problem myself makes it tought to diagnose as well ;) ).

Yeah. That really sounds like the "red" gun or circuit is going out on the monitor, and it needs 10min to "warm up" for it to get working again. I can't imagine that a video card itself would need 10min to warm up, so my vote is on the monitor. How old is it? Also, you might consider just re-checking the VGA cable connections at both ends. Perhaps there is a pin loose?
