Is my video card dying?

Getting random blocky glitches and artifacts especially in Firefox, and the video driver has crashed twice in the last few days.

Is it happening after installing certain drivers?Uninstall and reinstall.Check the temps.U didn't mention the card or the psu,please post their specs.

Yeah, I guess I should know better than that.

It's a Radeon HD 5770, Asus branded I believe. Never had any trouble with it before. I checked that the fan was blowing and cleaned it with compressed air the other day.

Not sure about the PSU, but I think it's an Antec. I avoid cheap PSUs.

SpeedFan usually reports temps of 45-50C during mundane Windows use. This seemed a bit high to me, but I don't seem to have issues when playing games when presumably things are hotter.

I just remembered that at times in the past I've had issues with the DVI cable. Going to double-check that. Edit: Cable seems pretty solid.

Ok what driver version u are using?If using beta roll back to whql drivers
