Is my video card dead?

Was playing CS on a Chaintech ti4200 128, monitor suddenly went off. Restarted the computer and now all i get on the screen is all these weird lines and they move and change color. I swapped in another card and booted up, anyway i can fix it or try anything to fix it? I bought it off of newegg last year in June, can i still RMA it? Thanks.
 
Sounds like the card took a dump. 🙁 Talk to the source about an RMA on their dime. (800) 390-1119. 🙂
