Is my video card busted?

I revcently got a SLI-D and started to OC right off the bat. Two days later, My computer would randomly shutoff. I thought that my system wasn't getting enough power to OC, so I put all the voltage back to default. Then yesterday it shutoff like usual, but this time when I turned it back on the monitor wouldn't show anything. I have a dell LCD, so there is usually a picture floating around when there is nothing on the screen. This was not the case. It would be just blank. When I unplug the cable then the floating icon comes back. So it seems like it may be the video card, but I am not ruling out the new SLI-D. Thoughts?
 
I am only using one. I think some how my 6800gs died, but I don't have a way to prove it. SO I just ordered a pci videocard and will test it when it comes.
