Is my vcore voltage too high ?

In my sig rig.

Im using Extreme calib , so 1.445 in bios is 1.496 in OS. Is that too much, can I still OC to what I have if I lower it and change other settings. thx gl

Any thoughts, or overclock tips well appreciated.

It is too much if you want your CPU to last you 5 yrs. You need to target 1.4V max if you want 5yrs.

If you plan on replacing it in a year or two then ~1.5V on water will probably be just fine.

Actually Im for sure going to get Ivy E 8 core ...... at some point and slap it on mobo. gl
