Is my Vcore alright?

I have my computer Specs. listed. I'm not overclocked and my Vcore hangs out at around 1.616 mostly then drops to 1.5 and i herd this is bad? Also when log off My floppy goes nutz and it didn't used to? Any insight will be appreciated

It's either going to be your motherboard or Power supply. If you have another PSU laying around, try using it in the system and see if you get better results. If not, it's probably a problem with your motherboard, so you may be looking at an RMA.
