Is my Transcend Compactflash card dead?

When I put the card into my Lexar card reader, nothing happens. I don't have any other card reader and or DSLR with Cflash slot to test it out. The Lexar card reader have no problems with my Sandisk Cflash cards. What do you guys think? Is my Transcend 32GB Cflash card dead?
