Look in the BIOS, if it has the options dl everest or someother temp mon utility and orthos and play around. It should be overclockable (had a 2600+ oc'd to 2.2ghz on a msi board w/via chipset) and the video card should oc about 10-15% through ntune/nvtweak (have helped my dad oc his).

It depends on the rated FSB of the XP2200 CPU. It also depends on whether or not that CPU has an unlocked multiplier. The KM400 CPU was the integrated-video version of the KT400 IIRC, so it doesn't support 200MHz FSB, only up to 166. If the CPU has a 133FSB, then just boosting the FSB to 166 should allow an OC. Otherwise, play with the CPU multiplier. If it boots with a different multi, then the CPU is unlocked.
