Is my supervisor racist?

This summer I'm working at my dorm helping prepare it for next semester. Out of about 20 people, 4 of us are not caucasian. The two worst jobs are cleaning the toilets and cleaning (scrubbing) trashcans/taking out the trash. The four (3 asians, 1 african american) of us are the only ones doing this and my supervisor is the one who assigns the jobs. The supervisor is an older woman who sounds like she's from the south.

I wouldn't say I'm racist, but I do admit I stereotype people sometimes. Like that black chick I work with must love fried chicken and listen to rap/hip hop.
 
If she was really racist she'd have you Asians do all the paper work and let the 1 black girl do all the hard labor.

Yes it's a state univ. but idk if I will report her, I don't want to go through the trouble. I'm only working there another week until I can go back to my regular job (the place is closed right now).

I'm quite sure that your perception of the situation is all there is to it.

You can't seriously think that this person, knowing the consequences of this kind of a thing - especially at a state-run institution, would purposefully discriminate against you?
