Is my stock power supply adequate for new HD?

I own a stock Compaq CQ5320F. It has a 500GB HD and a 250 watt power supply (full specs here: http://shopper.cnet.com/desktops/compaq-presario-cq5320f-athlon/4014-3118_9-33971187.html#info-5)

I'd like to add a second hard drive, probably a Western Digital 1.5GB green model WD15EARS. Will my stock power supply be adequate to handle that in addition to the original hard drive? According to Western Digital, these are the power requirements for the new drive:
Current Requirements
Power Dissipation
Read/Write 6.00 Watts
Idle 3.70 Watts
Standby 0.80 Watts
Sleep 0.80 Watts
