CPU-Z indicates a CPU frequency of 2012-2014 MHz (201.3-201.5 MHz bus speed X 10 multiplier). Furthermore the voltage oscillates between 1.328 and 1.344 Volts.
The rated values are 2000 MHz and 1.35-1.4 Volts. BIOS (F9 version) is set to optimised default settings and that means a 200 MHz bus speed. Idle temperature is around 30°C.

Is this cause for concern?

Thats perfectly normal. There are always slight fluctuations with the FSB and the Vcore, and the software that reads it is never 100% accurate. It's nothing to worry about.
