Is my router gone wild?

Sometime when I touch the power cable the network connection is interrupted, but the router does not give any sign off malfunction. All lights flashing as it should

Really you could be interputing power for a split second and thats all it takes for your connection to be lost and it'll take a few seconds for it to come back up. Stop playing with the power cord.
