Is my router dying?

My Buffalo WHR-G54S has been fine for two years. Recently, however, my network has started to have some problems. "Server not found" error is often, and happens to random websites. Mostly strangely, when amazon.com cannot be found, cnn.com can be found without a problem at the exact same time. Cable company did not find any problem with my external connection.

What do you think the problem is? Is it my router? Is it dying? What's a possible fix? Thanks!

Are you using your cable company's DNS? Might be crappy DNS not finding the sites. Change to another DNS if so and try that.

Level 3 servers are good... 4.2.2.1, 4.2.2.2, 4.2.2.3, 4.2.2.4 and there are others (OpenDNS for example)>
