so i was looking at some dudes car pics, and i mistook a footrest for a 4th pedal (it was hard to see ) so i asked my roomate wtf a 4th pedal would be used for and he said it was for DOUBLE CLUTCHING

That means nothing if we don't know what kind of Pontiac. Besides, a 160 HP Grand Am V6 should smoke a 100-125 HP Civic, and a 220 HP Bonneville SSEi will, as will a 190 HP Grand Prix with the 3800.
