Is my ram running at the full rated 1333 MHz?

Q9400/P5Q3 board with 2x1Gb DDR3 1333Mhz OCZ Gold 9-9-9-20

Trying to figure out if ram is currently running at the full 1333 with everything in BIOS on AUTO (Note the motherboard EPU-6 feature OCs the FSB to 342 as opposed to 333) But
used CPU-Z (v1.49) and the memory tab says that DRAM frequency is 684 Mhz, FSB😀RAM is 1:2 and timings are 9-9-9-24.

Is that correct? What settings should it be in BIOS to make it run at 1333? Should the divider and timings be manually set instead of AUTO?

Thanks to anyone who can help explain this.
