Running a 2:6 RAM divider with a Patriot Viper 6GB 1333 7-7-7-20 kit

I'm stable in Prime for Small FTT and Blend at 3.8GHz with Auto on everything for voltage except 1.16 Vcore and I have to set my DIMM voltage to 1.66

I'm trying for 4GHz now, I can Small FTT for hours at 1.23 vcore and everything else auto, but I can't pass blend, raising VTT doesn't help, but I did notice that when I set my DIMM voltage to 1.72, it takes prime longer to error out on blend.

The conclusion I've come to is that my RAM is holding me back, or something is screwy with it, it was a returned box from Fry's Electronics (yeah yeah I know, a person should never buy returned items from Fry's lol)

I wanted to get some second opinions though. Any help would be appreciated.

Why don't you lower the CPU frequency and use a different divider to keep the memory at the target setting, then see how it goes?

Is it 1T or 2T rated? The ram I had before was rated at 7-7-7-20 @ 1333 but at 2T. Try setting it to 2T and retest.
