Is my radeon 9700 pro dead? I've only had it for 2 days and it worked fine yesterday, but today I get White lines running across my monitor.

512 Crucial 333mhz
A7n8x deluxe rev 1.04
western digital 80gb special edition
Toshiba 48x/16x dvd
